You connect to my-account page with your login / password you setup when subscribing to a VPN offer.

Once connected, you can view the orders, the linked subscriptions, your billing address, your payment method, etc.

In your my-account page, you have a ‘subscriptions’ link that gives you details like start date, next renewal date, the details of the offer (server location, number of keys, subscription), etc.

There also is a direct link to your subscription in the email ‘Your Europamente order has been received!’ in ‘Subscription information’ section

In your my-account page, go to your subscription details and click ‘Cancel’.

This action will end your VPN offer the day of the next renewal date and your subscription won’t be renewed at that date.

It means you can continue to use your VPN offer until this next renewal date

This is to revert your ‘Cancel’ action you could have made earlier on. This will make your offer to be renewed normally at the next renewal date.

No, your VPN server has been implemented in England and cannot be moved once provisioned. You must unsubscribe and subscribe again with choosing the correct server location.
