Most debit/credit cards and SEPA bank transfers are accepted
For monthly, quarterly or half-yearly subscriptions, the first payment, made upon order, is a prorated amount : you pay the amount of days until the end of the current month. Then the following renewal payments will charge a full period amount (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly)
For instance, if you subscribe on 06/05/20 to a quarterly offer of 29,70 € :
You will pay 7,98 € upon order on the 06/05/20 : this is the prorated subscription amount of the 25 remaining days until the end of the May : 7,98 = (25/31) * (29,70 / 3)
You will be then charged on 31/05/20 the full amount of 29,70 € for the next quarter of subscription and the next renewal will be the 31/08/20 for the full amount of 29,70 € also.
For a yearly subscription, there is no prorated amount. You will be charged the full period amount
For instance, if you subscribe on 06/05/20 to a yearly offer of a value 99,90 € every year
You will pay 99,90 € at the end of the order on 06/05/20. You will be then automatically charged every year 99,90 € starting from 06/05/21
If Europamente VPN does not suit your needs, you can get refunded of your plan(s) within a 30 days time period after your initial purchase(s). Please contact us at sales@europamente.com and you will be paid back after a delay of 5-10 working days.
